Upcoming bodykit- designer seeks input
My company is currently developing a full urethane Cobalt SS/coupe bodykit. I am seeking your input on the following design proposals. Keep in mind the following:
- each kit will include front fascia, rear fascia, and 2 rocker panels
- kits are slated for release by May 2006 or earlier
- final design direction is heavily dependant on your input
- feel free to mix & match parts from each view
- further revisions will be posted based on latest discussions
- spoilers, hoods, and wide-body kits will be considered if interest is shown
- the names are just for fun

GRIP is not yet a supporting vendor. We should be signed up by the time we ramp up for the kits. This is for research only. Thanks for the help everyone!

I found it hard to decide which single one was the best and it has to be said PLEASE!!! make the RallyeGrip, which the high double scoop style hood.
anyways this is how I got to my decision
Hood
2Fresh Squeezed
3Tropicobalt
Front
1Turbolt
2Fresh Squeezed
3Scoopadriver
Side
1Fresh Squeezed
2Turbolt
3Scoopadriver
Rear
1Turbolt
2Scoopadriver
3Cobalternative
overall I like the Turbolt with the hood of the Fresh Squeezed, and that lip over the rear window of the Cobalternative.
but please the last one I have an SS and if I change the body it's gotta go wider and really make a differance. (widening the quarter panels so the doors look set in). it looks awesome. do you mind if I use it in my Sig?

WOW! I am speachless.
My top 3 choices are the:
1: Cobalternative
2: Tropicobalt
3: Turbolt
My favorite hood is the one on the Hard-core-balt.
Two of my own ideas. Make provisions for fog lights in any front bumper for us SS/SC guys. Also think about the option of a dual exhuast rear bumper.
Next spring is a perfect time for release. Just in time for the 2006 show season
Again. These renderings are absolutely stunning.

Cobalternative #1 choice overall............................speechless.
Put Tropicobalts hood on that and make way for duel exhaust and HOLY S**T!!!!!!!
I don't even know what to say...................................Never considered buying a kit but if I could get that setup I would put myself on the end of your hook and let you reel me in!!!

I chose Tropicobalt. Overall, all of them are amazing. I would definantly put any of these on my Cobalt (if I get one...). Any idea if these kits will come in a Sedan Version?

very sweet renderings, nice work
i stuck my vote in for the cobalternative, i love its front end w/ the side skirts, but i like the tropicobalts rear end alot better.

1 Tropicobalt

3 Fresh Squeezed
One thing that you may want to work on a little more is the side skirts. I really don’t like the huge holes in them .

Hmm... like I like the Cobalternative nose and the Tropicobalt's hood and rear spoiler... there's something about the Corvaltte's rear that i like... not a big fan of scoops in rockers... so guess i like the Corvaltte's there too... (BTW the rocker scoop is missing from the Cobalternative's nose shot, and probably why i voted for it...)

I liked in this order:
Turbolt
Cobalternative
Corvallte
I dont like:
Scoopadriver (looks like a mustang frontend)
Freshsqueezed (again, mustang-ish)
Hardcorebalt (looks like a Honda Civic, EEEWW!!!!)
In other words, they arent "unique enough"
The Turbolt is my favorite though, it's looks hardnosed, and aggressive, yet still has flow and styling. Almost like it's snarling it's nose ready to do battle.
And yes, PLEASE make some sedans!
