Upcoming bodykit- designer seeks input
As of right now I'm saving money for stage kits. I want go with my show. And I'd really like to get a lightweight hood with a FUNCTIONAL scoop. That is all for now.
Great job on the kits. I like them all but the thing I notice about all of them is they all make the opening for our radiator/ compressor quite a bit smaller. This WILL ultimately hurt performance and engine cooling.

The Turbolt is my favorite though, it's looks hardnosed, and aggressive, yet still has flow and styling. Almost like it's snarling it's nose ready to do battle.
WOW incredible im in awe just looking at the pictures, and seeing what kind of potenial the cobalt has. I like the cobalternative amd tropicobalt ones but it needs a spot to put my fog lights
But they all should have the turbalt Rear.

1. Size: There are not many complete urethane kits available for full-sized automobiles. This means increased tooling and material costs for us.
2. Quality: We've invested additional funds to make sure any reworking of the parts is unnecessary. Original to-body, grille, fender liner, fog light, and grille-attachments are as stock.
3. Demand vs. Profit: The difference of which we won't know until the first 250-500 units are sold. Consumer cost will gradually reduce as sales increase.
The Cobalt kit will be a far more cost-effective situation. Your cost, while not finalized until production, will be significantly less thanks to revised molding-processes and smaller parts.
We are 60% sure sedan rockers and rear fascias (and or a rear lower valance) will be produced as well. These issues will be worked out over the coming months.
Thanks again for the help everyone. You rock.
Looks like you have at least 3 popular designs there GRIP
Turbolt, Cobalternative, and Tropicobalt
Also, woohoo on the sedan!!! I have a sedan but want it "somewhat" sporty" lookin'. a sedan with Turbolt would rock!

Just wanted to add my 2 cents worth!
Like the front of the Hardcorebalt minus brake ducts
Like the back of the Tropicbalt
And now some physics - front facing scoops look nice but the "ram air" effect does not work until you hit about 200MPH. Rear facing scoops create a low pressure pulling in air, just look at the chevy "cowl induction" hood - it also utilizes the reversion from the wind shield. There is a little more to this but just the basics.
I would chose a kit that could add performance as well as looks.

cobalternative , wouldnt be my first choice , but is close to the top of the list , it flows very well with the cobalt
tropicobalt , would be the kit id buy , but it does need the driving lights added to the side vents , i dont like the hood
turbolt , would be another kit near the top of the list , dont like this hood either , or the rear wing
corvaltte , only good part is the hood , kit looks like its trying to be part vette/cavalier
scoopadriver , id like to see this hood on the tropicbalt , i like the front and sides , the rear is kinda odd , along with the spoiler
fresh squeezed , front looks good other than the frod looking oval in the grill , would be a nice kit
hardcorebalt , another kit that would be high on the list , not liking the spoiler from this view
all in all the person that designed them , did a really well job !!

I love the last 3 and also the downward spoiler on turbalt. Awesome designs though, they look very clean and not too brash, something many Asian kits have a problem with. Also, if your doing full hood/bumper kits it might be interesting if a different GM headlight could be installed, though I'm not sure because of the 1/4 panel line.
I would like to see the Front Fascia of the TURBOLT, with the Rear Fascia of the COBALTERNATIVE, and the 2 Rocker Panels of the HARD-CORE BALT, and one more thing a CF HOOD from the HARD-CORE BALT as well
