Can someone tell me how to attach a file
I have looked at the how to section but when i hit post reply, I do not have the manage attacments button. I want to post a file and picture i have and cant. Could someone help me? Thanks.

No one can post attachments, it used to be a feature included in your Premium Membership but the Admin disabled it because it was stressing the server too much.
You can host your image in the gallery, or on Photobucket to share it.
