Can't get in chat

I can't get into chat. It says i don't have permission to enter. and I can't log in

that's odd. There are 11 ppl in there right now. Can you copy + paste the msg you get?

No I can't its a window that pops up. It says I don't have permission to enter chat. And it has a place for my user name and password. I enter it and it goes back to the same window.

Click "Print Screen" Open paint then Edit:paste. save picture, then host on here.

Ok
1st - try to get into chat. When the Error pops up press "Print Screen".
2nd - Open Paint ... ((Start>Programs>Accessories>Paint.))
3rd - Go to Edit>Paste.
4th - Save Picture, host it, then post it.

It won't show anything, it just saves the screen shot. Try and paste it in paint and see what happens.

ut oh...does SOMEONE have parental controls?

just kidding, for the print screen, you have to hit the printscreen/sysrq button on the top right THEN enter say...paint and hit CONTROL+V...itll show up.
