Dunno, I just go by what this says:
Important Note: - Make sure your shipping address is up to date before ordering
Since this is an enthusiast site ran by working people with families just like yourself, decals get mailed in batches.
Although we try to get the orders out in a reasonable time, sometimes it may take up to a month.

I’m actually working on a batch right now. Should have it out by the end of the week.
