Current mobile app issues

I see they are testing a new app but hilariously enough the current app will no longer pull up threads. I get unknown response errors. Is this going to be fixed or are we SOL until the next app is released?

I apologize, the techs are making changes making ready for the new app and broke the current one. They are working on the problem, I will appreciate your patience.

As far as I know the answer is yes. The issue with mod tools is network wide and the techs are aware and working on the problem.

Hey everyone!

Until the mobile is working, please try using the mobile theme which has been updated with many features that can be found on a mobile app. The mobile theme shows up by default when you browse the normal forum url from a mobile device (excluding tablet). I hope this helps.

You mean you want us to use a browser as opposed to the app?

Hey,

I can't remember if Tapatalk was ever installed on CSS. In any case IB has chosen not to use the app for the reasons given below:

Bob

"Tapatalk has made some changes to insert code into the forum page headers which causes the page to be indexed in Google as both JK-Forum content and as Tapatalk's app content. There have also been recent issues with the Tapatalk app sending emails to our members without an opt-in and we want to avoid further issues and protect our users' content and information. "

Hi,

Hopefully not to long as a few CSS members are beta testing the apps now. It's impossible to provide a specific date the developer will feel the apps are ready for release. Thanks.

I too keep getting server errors when trying to access certain threads and features. I keep reporting the error.

Any idea when this will be fixed?
