33 minutes....Thanks for doing the math 'cause I didn't feel like breakin' out the calculator. These message boards are weird at times. I've been on one that only lets you rep once an hour, even if it's not the same member.

 

as of right now this is still happening.

 

This has been addressed. Changed to 60 seconds.
