This is a little notice to everyone that "Rick Rolling" or posting similar annoying videos in false links, or hidden/modified links is considering trolling and you will receive an infraction for it.

It was funny the first 100,000,000,000,000,000 times it was done but now it's old.

Creating a thread just to link to a "rick roll" video, or posting a video link in an existing thread to the "Rick Roll" video is annoying, trolling, and spamming the forum and needs to stop.

This is just a warning to let everyone know to cut it out!

If you find a "Rick Roll" link posted in a thread, report it and a Mod will address it.

This has nothing to do with spam. Its a childish joke that users get carried away with. I've read the rules many times and it says nothing about users acting childish. Please think about the enforecement of this policy again and how it applies to spam.

 

i dont understand how it is spam when you link it to a youtube link, maybe the other one that has the annoying pop ups but the youtube one???? doesnt make any sense how a thread about someones bodily functions can be left open and no one gets an infraction but dont post a link to youtube... you might get banned.
