Ok, I don't know how to stop it! Every time I check my e-mail, I have like 240 e-mails and like 237 of them are from css.net! I haven't checked my e-mail for about a week, and I had 649 e-mails 28 pages of e-mails, most from css.net!!! Almost all are updates of threads that I have posted on, I CHECK THE FORUMS EVERYDAY!!! I DON'T NEED 50 EMAILS A DAY FOR SOMETHING I CHECK ALL THE TIME!!!!! HOW DO I STOP THIS ENDLESS BOMBARDMENT OF EMAILS!?!?! I JUST WANT TO LIVE IN PEACE!!!!

Go to user CP, Edit options, change your default subscription to no e-mail notices on subscribed threads.

I think thats the one.

"Default Thread Subscription Mode"

 

Scroll down to the bottom of the email, you can click on a link to unsubscribe, also before posting i believe you can check a box NOT to be notified..

Thanks, I tried that, now lets hope it works! Its suck going through and deleting 28 pages of emails!

 

1. Go to User PC.
2.Go down to subscribed threads.
3.Use either Delete subscription or No Email Notification.

 

mine did it every sunday night my aol would beep for like 30min straight as is sent me tha past weeks emails!

 

I have this problem, except I get like 5 copies of the same notice...I don't mind knowing about a update to a thread I subscribed to, but Do I need 5 copies of the same reply? is there anything I can do to keep from getting so many copies?

only one though, maybe people double (tripple and sextuple post?) and I get them all, or maybe if I reply to the same thread a few times I get a email for each reply?
