hey guys i just got my letter in the mail saying i need to go get the work done...but i saw a couple of you guys had gone in and it still happened. now to be honest im not sure if mine is broken or not. im not sure what to look for or feel. not sure if it would benefit to get it fixed if i haven't had any problems or if i do it is just gona fail again.

i did notice alot of that was last year so have they fixed this or not

 

You'll know when it goes out. I was making a turn when mine went out on my Pontiac G5. There are no signs other than it just instantly goes out. Turning the car off and back on fixes it temporarily. When I bought my 2010 Cobalt SS, they dealer wouldn't let me take the car until they replaced the power steering. Haven't had a single issue.

 

what?! people had a recall done and it still failed? I never heard of that... I mean there will be failures in anything though.

I still havent gotten mine done, need to do that this summer..Probably at the CED meat

 

i got my letter last march, got around to getting it done in dec when the old one failed on me. Didnt think it would go but it did haha. new one is so much better, feels smoother then the other.

 

yeah there were some other threads on it. im gona schedule it then i dont want it to go while im driving espeacially with the baby
