Removing bugs

Well living where i do i collect a nice bug collection on my bumper. What a good product to remove the bogs from my bumper. All i do right now is get a pressure washer and try to get them off the bumper and handwash and some still wont come off

Yeah all I do is high pressure, some soap & brush and they come off pretty easy

I did buy some bug & tar remover stuff and it seemed to work ok...Turtle wax made it I believe

a general purpose degreaser will work just spray it on wait a minute and then pressure wash it off. dont let it sit for too long though

degreaser won't hurt catalyzed paint.. hell you could use lacquer thinner and it wont hurt it.. it'll strip off every bit of wax though.. haha

i've never had any problems with it but we used a 50/50 mix of industrial strength. the stuff you can buy at a parts store is already dilluted

get the turtle wax bug and tar remover. usually I spray all the bugs down first and let it sit while I do the interior. Time i'm done with that and hit it with the pressure washer the bugs just fall off, works great.

I'm in the same boat for the bumper. For the windshield/roof rack fairing, use a drier sheet and water. Works amazing

w/e you do please dont leave the bugs on for a long time lol thats the one thing we see come in...people never wash the bumpers and the oxidation from the bugs eats right through the paint.

All options have been posted above
