Any one get there car tuned while still working with a factory warranty ?

Hey how's it going. If you plan on having ur car tuned say goodbye to ur factory warrenty. Best bet would be to get another PCM and tune on that, then if something happens sway back to the stock tune and take the car in.

Depends what you break and if they can pin in on the tune as causing it. And what dealership you go to.

Just about any time you mod a car to perform above factory specs it's like rolling the dice on warrenty repairs when theres a break down.

I'm tuned and haven't said byebye to any warranty. Granted, I've never had anything done to the engine since.

I'd just take the tune off if I was to go in for anything serious.
