I know you all have been waiting for it.
I will start posting up details about this years meet.

July 26 and 27th.

Friday July 26th Drag racing and Autocross both being held at Greatlakes Dragaway
Saturday July 27th Car show at CrateEngineDepot

Rooms are $99. per night with two full size beds, if you want breakfast (for 2) $ 105.00 per night
+ taxes.
this hotel is just right across the street from where we were last year. Plenty of places to eat with in walking distance. and you get to play frogger to get there.

Question is who is going from MN and surrounding areas? Otherwise if it is like last year and I was the only MN car....I have other plans.

We need a list of things to bring and where to meet the WI guys etc. To all cruise down. And we usually like to leave Friday morning, EARLY. Then meet at the drag strip for a little stripping .

 

You best show up...

The AutoX is going to be at the drag strip this year... you know you want to come for that.

 

I do...but We need to know what time so we can make it down there on time. Also I need more than just me to go :-p or driving 20 hours will suck nuts... well 7 hours.

 

In years past I wanted to go, but couldn't. Not sure if I'd be interested in going now. I don't enjoy my Cobalt at all anymore and I just sink money into it to fix the suspension problems year after year.

Maybe if I could buy an HHR SS or Sonic RS in time to go, but that's about a 99.7% not gonna happen.

 

I will double check the times and post them up once i have em.

The meet just isn't the same with out the MN crew.

 

Suck it up muffin! I'll be driving over 20 hrs to go there! Lol

they all bitched out like last year. Only Dave and myself were the ones saying we can go. But I have a lady friend inviting me to a event....

 

I hope to make it this year... Hopefully I don't have drill and it doesn't flood this year lol

 

It's been too long since I came to a cobalt meet and brought a 3800. I'll be there.
