LNF need clutch expert and opinions

Well i need a new clutch seen alot of good thingS on the GMPP one from ced BUT my main concern is what do i exactly need to order there is like 3 kit avaliable?

Should i order just the pressure plate and clutch disk with the Tob and add my flywheel resurfaced or it is better to upgrade or get a new one?

Clutch only slip when wot in every gear at 3k momentaly but still slips car has 72000 by now and trifecta tuned since feb 2015.

This is an open thread so what do you suggest? I love the stock pedal feel of the clutch. But dont sant to retouch the clutch due to a slipping one.

Thanks

Since you'll be replacing the clutch you might as well make everything else just as reliable as your new clutch will be and give the clutch time to break in when you install it!

If you're going to replace the clutch do everything.

Also stop going WOT below 3k in any gear other than 1st

Ecotec LSJ Clutch Upgrade Kit 19212712

buy a new flywheel from ZZP.
do not machine your OEM one.

2 quarts of 88862472 OEM F35 fluid for the trans. Amazon has it cheapest. DO NOT USE ANYTHING ELSE.

You can use redline mt-90 as a supplement for the oem stuff.

Like everyone said change the pressure plate, clutch disk, flywheel, tob, clutch pipe and distribution block.

These 2 statements slightly contradict each other

Really? At what depth will shimming be needed to avoid TOB overextension?

To match wear plus machine amount to get back to the stock ratio

So far so good clutch must be glazed or something with my trifecta selec tune activated and shifting at 4k in all gear there is no slip at all but i have to match my gear to this new rpm.

Anyone noticed when shifting rapidly for example from 1st to 2nd at high rpm i am hearing a quick quick sound no clutch slip and no wheel spinning...

Have an idea?

THIS

Matt sent me a 1 paypal invoice with every single item needed for clutch replacement, fluid, flywheel bolts and everything INCLUDING GMPP clutch which I highly recommend for a daily driver on pump gas that's not on a brutal tune. Only thing needed was a flywheel because they are $4-600 from GM and still under $210 for ZZP.

And he gives better pricing than retail if you mention either forum/fb group ect.
