Any salesmen on in the Fort Worth Texas area...
I am interested in getting feedback on 09' TC owners and the dealers they dealt with in the DFW area & region. Also, are there any dealers on here in the DFW area and region?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.
DEALERSHIP:
we had a great experiance at classic chevrolet. its in grapevine at 114 and 360 area. they dont do all the back and forth crap with a sales mgr and didnt do any pressure selling. just laid out the numbers and showed what they could do.
when it came to the financing part after plugging all the numbers in they showed us the screen what it will look like payment wise. then altered it to show if we paid more down or less of a down payment, if we added other options, extended warranty, etc.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. the sales rep we went thru is no longer there but still a great place to go. i'll tell anyone looking for a chevy to go there.
AFTERMARKET PARTS:
also their shop were they sell GM aftermarket parts, we meet the asst parts mgr at autorama. i went an ordered some parts and he is a great guy. talked to him about going to the lone star bash and he wants to try to go with their GM performance parts tralior. also talked to him about having a meet at their dealership. he is working on that and to have hotdogs for a cook out as well. he will talke care of anyone needing parts and will match any ones prices if not try to beat them. his name is rick johnstone and the shop is across from actual classic delaership next to a dodge dealership in the back. i think its a hummer and used chevy dealership and they are in the back of the area.
SERVICE:
also their service center is real good about taking care of you. we had an issue and the service mgr got it fixed right away and gave my wife a rental while he made them fix it right. also when i dropped my car off before work the shuttle wasnt ready yet to take me to work. he had one of the guys take me to work in his personal truck. the service mgr is mike zorn. he will make sure any issue is taken care of if there is a problem.

Even though I bought mine from there and have several buddies up there, don't goto James Wood, I know too many people that they have screwed over
Although, I have heard lots of good things about Classic Chevrolet...even though my only issue with them was from when I was getting mine, they assured me they could find the exact same car for less, but then gave me the run around for a couple days even though I had told them my deadline and they said they could easily do it by then....but that may not have been their fault, but it was my only dealings with them
yeah clasic does do that alot. we at vandergriff dont. besides i keep the tc's we got in good shape. i hide the keys from salesmen. dont know how to drive or park worth **** lol but yeah to be honest anywhere u go salesmen are not ur friend. go with the fleet department. its easier and dont have to deal alot with the push over.
