No, that's the Cobalt-Addiction front mount intake. it works well, but i'm actually looking to get something that looks a bit more polished under the hood.

I'm guessing, but the high flow is probably better because it gives some back pressure. other than that, it's mainly an emissions thing, which isn't an issue in AR. I bet that thing is loud w/o it.
