Anyone know...

What does it take to set up a meet? Like for some reason I was thinking that this years bash was gone be at Austin speed shop which would be an awesome place for a meet for several reasons.

So what would it take to set something like that up? Anyone know?

Depends on the type of meet, who you know, what will be there, etc.

Contact wherever you wanna meet, get permission (or don't if it's a public place like a restruant/park). Then post up a thread and see who wants to go. There's not much to it.

It depends. Spring/Summer are the busiest times for my weekend job.

Hey Tommy, who do we contact to get event info on the Front Page News here. I know we have a thread up about the Lonestar Bash, but we could def make a bigger event out of it if we can get it on the Front Page.

Yea I remember around this time last year it had a list of upcoming events on the front page. The Lonestar Bash is a south central regional meet instead of just the local stuff.
