yea, i went to go get my windows tinted and i asked them there and they said it was illegal. its probably one of those things that if you get pulled over its just an added fine or something like that. i see so many people with tinted tails around here and some i can barely see the break light.

I have them and I've had cops pull up right behind me and never had a problem. But it is technically illegal.
