The editor of www.cobaltmag.com sent me an email and said if the cobalt owners from GM's of SA, and Centex CC would like to be in a story on us going to the track and racing for the fun of it. Now any cobalt owners out there that are not apart of GM's of SA, or Centex CC is welcome to join us. so...... SAR opens at 6pm and the sun doesn't go down until 8pm so best time for everyone to be there would be around 6:30 no later than 7:20. Its 20 bucks to get in and race spectate is 10 or 15. So whos still going?

So who are the 4 people she's talking about? I sent her an email but I'm guessing I didn't get considered. I'll try to make it out there but I don't know how thrilled my work will be about me leaving early two weeks in a row.

BTW on the 20th is the Alamo Performance Jackpot Series on top of the TnT, so I have no idea what to expect. Probably longer waits / fewer runs.

I would say later, at the track. I don't know about you guys but getting out at noon is pretty hard to pull off.

 

noon is gonna be tough, especially for me cuz I work at a fish restraunt and friday is a really busy day.

 

It's a cool deal, they came to the Memphis Meet we had back in April, and we're in the current issue, if you check it out I'm the red 'balt in the pix.....I think they even follow up with pix and stuff in more issues down the road. First time professionally photographed and it was a fun time.
