I don't understand that no title. if it was abandoned it should have a mechanics lien and there should be a way for him receive the title.

 

Said you can get a bonded title for it. Whats that?

 

Could be the seller still owes money on it and whoever financed it has the title.

Im not sure if it would be able to be sold. What I read is that Texas requires it to be a complete car WITH A MOTOR. If I didn't read it wrong then I'm unsure if its eligible. Also I think the bonded title is only valid for three years.
