Yeah looked at a map and some place like Temple/Killeen seems like a good mid-point between DFW, San Antonio, Houston, and Austin. Austin kinda lucks out on that one.

What about just a bit East of I35?

http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&q=...-8&sa=N&tab=wl

in irving tx off of 183 and beltline. lowes hhas a parking spot of atleast 500 open parking spots at all times. there is applebees, ihop, outback and springcreek

somewhat nice area, they just opened 161 all the way up so it may be a shorter trip for some people

i vote for a texas wide meet in HOUSTON TX. We have our sh*t straight down here. We have large cobalt/GM meets every Friday and 2-3 Saturdays per month. We have between 12-20 cars at every one of our meets. I vote for a Sunday track day at Houston Raceway Park

Im down for a meet in DFW. I think it would be easier on driving 4 everyone. If this meet does go down, hope everything goes planned. Alot of people were missing during that Austin State Wide Meet.

Austin area has a lot more party sites lol, killeen/waco area would be more mid area than dfw, but I can get to any of these places in a matter of a couple of hours so wherever will b good with me

I'm sorry, but DFW is going to be very hard to do. That's like a 5 hour drive from here. By the time I'd get there, it'd be about time to come right back again.

I think Waco might be the best place to have a big meet. Its pretty much right in the middle.
