Central Texas MEET before HIN!
Yeah, it was Josh. It was a good meet, there was 8 or so Ions that showed up I think. about 13 of us there. It was a blast. The track was a lot of fun and then we went and saw FF4. We are all actually still at the hotel, about to go get breakfast and then head home. You guys have fun!
ppl came, maybe like 15 20 ppl total, better turn out than we thought with such short notice but all and all we had a good time i know i did, still say that chicken was fucken awesome...
i hope everyone had a good time i really enjoyed you guys company i hope everyone ate enough and had fun, we"ll try to plan a bigger and better one for next time.

To the LSJ folks who wanted tunes, send me a PM so we can figure out details and I can send you my addy. I think there was 3 of ya'll who were interested in coming down and only gave my number to one of ya.
Brandon - find out numbers for that dyno shop. I'm guessing we can field 2-3 cars from Austin, easy. And if we challenge SA's group for highest HP car even more. They're always frothing at the mouth to beat us.
And big props to the O'Reilly guy who told me my spark boot replacements are only $4 apiece. I thought those things would be $20 apiece easily, I'm so stoked right now.

That was fun guys... I just got home lol, was a fun 4 hour drive. I did get to mess with an older Corvette on the highway. He could inch his way past me, but he was being quite the douchebag, so I enjoyed getting him stuck behind a bunch of slow cars lol. If I only had a tune I probably could have out run him *cough*cough* j/k...
Eric, thanks alot for hosting it at your house, and providing all the foods and stuff. Your mom made the best cookies I have had in a while, I was going to pocket a dozen of them before I left but there always seemed to be someone sitting right near them all day!!!
Hope everyone made it home safe, and hopefully we can meet up in Dallas next time!

Well mine was the best looking one out there! lol I didn't even post all of the pics... I took a lot of mine because we had our cars retinted while we were there by one of the guys on the forum, you can see the job in the very last pic. He did a great job. I'll probably post up on here when he goes to the SA area. Goooood prices and good work.
Cool deal, I need to figure out what year the other guys coming down this weekend are. If I get either of the two jobs I put in for recently I'll probably just go ahead and order it so I have it for the future.
