I am wondering if anyone is interested in getting together for a dyno day. I have a place in mind but don't want to check into it unless there are more people interested in it. Just let me know and if we can 5-10+ cars that would be perfect.

I just got my tune on Saturday in Carrolton for $200. Jeff, the guy with the stock silver SC is about to get a tune from the same guys aswell(TriFecta). The car is now a beast! When the weather is in the 50-60's you will yeild the best numbers.

 

i would b interested in a tune, i just see it as a waste to get until after i do the turbo install

 

As far as the the time frame that is up for debate aswell, I am just gauging interest to get something going so I can talk to the place and get a date. We can even get HHR's, Sky's and Solstice's in on this aswell.

If we get enough people and we can get the dyno for a hole day maybe we can get a tuner to come and tune for an extra cost. The more the cheaper.

 

Ok I am going to start a list of interest at the top of the page that I will keep updated, so let me know it you want me to add you. I am going to post this on a solstice/sky forum and another cobalt forum aswell. If are worried about the time that is up for debate aswell there is know set date this day as of yet, it is just an interest thread before I due all this research and get things going. My only thought upon date is that we need to do it before it starts to get really hot out side.

Well lets throw some dates out and we can start a poll. My only stipulation that I personally may not be able to commit to any dates in May because that is when my wife is due to have our baby.

Is this for a dyno tune? I'm not really sure I could benefit any yet, since I have very basic bolt ons so far. I would be interested in a tune here in a while after I get a tvs, but I might be in to come and watch others get theirs tuned

 

no its not a tune talk to cjh if you want a tune this is a dyno to tell you how much horsepower your getting

 

dyno numbers are way off and they suck at dynoing cars
