**These are the plans for DGE! If anyone else wants to join us please do! Otherwise see you at the bash!**
Alright guys/gals! Here are the plans for the 2012 Lone Star Bash!
We will be meeting at the AMC Grand 24 Theater in Dallas
Address: 10110 Technology Boulevard East, Dallas, TX 75220
BE THERE AT 7:15am - We will leave shortly after this time

We are going to drive straight from the theater to the track so make sure you are gassed up! It's a 2.5 hour trip. No stops this year!
Kris (fembot_tuner) and I are going to be getting food to eat when we get to the track. Sean (slitterell) has a canopy and fold up tables. I need everyone to bring cash to eat. It won't be very much, less than $10, but this will cover food and drinks. We are doing this so we don't have to spend money on eating out. (at least not for lunch). If you have fold up chairs I ask that you bring those as well!
After the track we are going to head back towards Waco where there is a Super 8 hotel that we plan to get reservations at.

Make your reservation as soon as possible. The earlier you do the cheaper it will be. Right now a room with a queen is going for $50, and a room with 2 doubles is going for $60. So get with someone and split the cost!
It says their address is 1320 S Jack Kultgen Frwy Waco, TX 76706 but when you google it, it doesn't actually show where it actually is.
It's actually right here, I'm using the address for the car wash next door to it Google Maps

The bash is on the 24th in two weeks, and if they get the gocarts up the CAR SHOW will be in AUSTIN for the BASH. You can do what you want but if you ride down earlier can enjoy the whole bash and not just the track.
