I would hope there is a meet this weekend. We really need everyone to voice there opinion on a good day/time to get the most people out to the meet.

Well since we already had the first one on sunday i think our meets should always be on sunday so that people know which day, also I think if we did the first sunday of the month a noon meet, and the second sunday of the month a 5pm meet and just rotated back and forth, that could accomodate everyone.

So our next meet should be at 5pm same place, same spot, same day. Try and keep things as predictable as possible so people know where to come if they don't check the forums every week.

 

i get off work on sundays at 5pm so might be tough...would need notice, where you guys meeting at

 

i am down for a regular thing for sure. i didnt know this thread was going!!! i cant make it to one on the 27th since i have a family thing that night and i work during the day. more people will be able to make it if its after 7pm, including me. i work from 11-7 every saturday. anywhere is fine for me as well. keep me posted guys!

5pm on Sunday would be cool. We were out at the Grapevine Mills mall for about 2 hours. Did a little cruisin and then ate at Chili's. I agree with rotating times, but I think we should through a Saturday night in on occaison. Just my .02

 

Too bad the drag strip up here in denton doesnt have anything on their calendar. Might be nice to do some runs on one of these meets

 

well i dont know how well you might like this idea

but i rounded up some focus people to come to the meet sunday (at 5) and they think it is a good idea to have a joint car meet, maybe some fun for you sc people....this one guy might bring his powerworks focus

last time we met in grapevine mills mall parking lot next to the discount tire co. well it sounds like alot of ppl can't make it till later so my vote will be for 7pm so we can accomodate everybody. Why have a meet if everybodys gonna show an hour or two late? One question thou, since i'm not from around the grapevine area, hows traffic around 7pm?

Yall can do a meet saturday if thats what yall wanna do sometime, but I work at a movie theater so saturdays are bad for me.

 

I would not mind having a few focuses there. I honestly would not mind Neons. I think it would be cool to have an All-American meet.

 

Yeah the more the merrier. Another thing to think about, if anyone still wants to start at 5, if we have a bunch of people showing up, then I think it would last longer. But 7 would be fine with me.
