Headunit help!!

Hey everyone in the houston area, I am having a hard time wiring up my p4000 pioneer double din headunit, currently i have it set up going to a switch where everytime i want to listen to the radio i have to turn the switch on and it never saves any of my information and such. We tried running a fuse tap to almost every place on the fuse box inside the car but it didn't work, it would either immobilize the car where i couldn't do absolutely anything or it wouldn't work at all.

My question is, is there anyone out there, in the houston area or who would like to come here to help me get this fixed.

Or if there is any other ideas we could try to get it to have constant power where it will turn on and off with the car and keep all my information.

PS. I have tried searching everything on here and other websites but everything i try, nothing ever works.

THANKS!!!

either PM me

You need a constant....with a test meter, find a source with constant 12v. (

are you using a harness? or hardwiring?

on the oem harness Red/White is constant.
also the panel in the passenger side, empty slot 21 or 22(nosunroof) are constant 12v.
