Hey Houston guys. I can arrange a pre meet for you. I'm not attending this meet but I can still set you guys up. Some of the GMofHOU Cobalt guys also had a little interest in this show and might make the trip. This will be good practice for you for when we make our big road trip to Temple for the GM Bash

Pre Meet at 7:30am in the Academy parking lot on the corner of 290 and 1960. There is a McDonalds and a Chevron there. Probably leave there around 8am so you have 3 hours to get to Rudy's.


More important info: The date for this meet if February 23rd. You'll have to search through all the threads for the exact location and time. I'm sorry. There are like 10 different threads about this event. :/ too many threads. One thread would have been plenty, lots of unneeded jibber jabber

We ended up planning a local Houston meet for this same night, completely forgot about this event :-( We will definitely meet up with you guys for a massive rollout to the April bash... huge huge caravan... same pre meet spot and route. Take lots of pics for us at this one.

 

those that are still going to from houston this will still be the place yall should meet to head out to the meet.

 

btw its no 6th in Austin sorry for the confusion us DFW guys are used to talking in multi thread formats lol

alright guys heres the deal my dad said that the raddison is prolly the cheapest hotel closest to 6th st but if yall wanna drive more theres more cheaper 4 5 miles away but with the raddison you could possibly walk so my dad is going to get a reservation if yall wanna stay overnight its about 140 150 for a room thats 70 to 80 bucks a person or somthing like that if you wanna know the exact price ill find out tomorrow its just tooooo damn late right now so ya.

what's the info on this houston meet? I'm still not sure about going to Austin, and this sounds way more probable.

On a side note: i actually work for Academy. i'm in Transportation department at the distribution center in Katy.
