OK guys..still working on the next lonestarbash ..sorry i dont have a date for you guys yet, thinks dont seem to wanna work. i refuse to give you guys a date that will most likely be cold or rainy. so i am currently considering other options.
how do you guys feel about doing our racing at a regular testntune on friday night at ennis and then having the show/meet the next day at a different location..and giving the racing awards with the show awards saturday evening??

that might work, that way people can choose if they wanna stay or go. or just show up for one, or both. etc

 

best part is..you can race hard one night...and still be able to clean your car up for show the next day.

 

lol i doubt i'm gonna show my car, you know that.
i hardly have anything done to it.
plus i'll prolly be to busy with the tuning and helping others out, cough cough

just like I posted on GM's of SA forums what if some people can't get fridays off and can't make the racing..... Like me I most likely can and will get friday off but also depending if this the show is during lent(feb 17th-easter) it will be very hard for me to get off since I work at a fish restraunt.

 

ok...maybe i didnt mention this before..but, this years show will NOT be near February ..it will be later in the spring...may/june

 

ah ok cool.... than I have no worries It just be nice to have both things going on at the sametime. Cuz we all know, what is the main thing we do at car shows.... wait and wait and wait and wait til the awards ceremony just sitting next to our cars. That way during the day we can look at people race, and when our cars are judged we can join in on the racing!!!
