there is only a couple of things that it could be when it comes to coolin, i would try changin it out

There wasn't a thermostat in it and it still ran hot. So we put one in it just to see what it would do. It took about half the time it did before to run hot. That radiator in it is ****** awesome.

Anyways, I don't think those front brakes are locked up by rust. Them bitches turn RED after driving it down the road. I'm talking roast a marshmallow RED.
