header and downpipe. i can guarantee you james will tell you to do the same if you try and go 2.9 pulley and e85 with him...either that or he will have you on a conservative tune so you dont blow your **** up. the amount of boost you are running right now is ridiculously high man lol. im not even sure if thats in the m62s efficiency range anymore

you can run either 2.5 or 3 inch. same difference. what piping is your exhaust? my dp is 3 inch to 2.5 inch exit. good choice on the badmab. better quality than the paceheader and pretty much the same price
