Oh...and I suck at working out. Not very good at motivating myself to go do it. My only motivation is that I like to do mud runs and so i have to get in shape for those, but it is mostly running.

Have a pretty good natural metabolism though, so that helps.
6'5" and range from 170-180

Orange....easiest way to explain it, if you miss the orange exit off I-10, you turn around at the Louisiana welcome center.

But I'm sure he know's what I-10 is...or he can google map it...not much to orange, or if you want to get technical i live in the 1 red light town of orangefield
