leave child with male who will take care of him or leave child with female who will take care of him also but if she starts being with another man then theres a chance for that guy to mistreat the child and abuse both of them...

No. They can share the custody. And just because the mother gets with another man doesn't mean he's going to beat the child. Wtf
At the point he has no reason to take the kid away from its mother. A child wants his mom and dad. A kid doesn't want to be taken away from its mom.

 

And if the new man abuses the kid then you should be worried. An plus if she's a good mom she would dump the guy. You can't just assume **** when it hasn't even happened yet.

 

theres a possibility it could happen. I didnt say jut cuz shes with someone that theyre goign to get beaten. there alot of messed up people in the world though so its always a possibility

 

Ok so worry about it later when it actually happens. Don't just take the kid from his mom because you assume it's going to get beat. And if he tried to get full custody he would lose. She's not doing anything wrong. Just because she wants a divorse because there's a new guy in her life doesn't mean anything. And if they were to go to court right now she would win because she is the mom. That's just how it works.

Thats not true at all. When I went to court to divorce my wife and fight for custody of my son, I won. I got custody and gave her visitation that had to be agreed to by me first. I walked all over her because of her plans to cheat. The state doesn't always side with the mom.

 

They do if the mom is doing nothing wrong to the child.
