have you tried doing the fronts? lol when i did my springs the first time i started with rears and was like oh this is going to be easy. did them in like 30 mins or so. then i started with the fronts....it took me 5 hours. i did not have the right tools...

the fronts are a whole different story than the rears. you can say you did the rear springs of your car but not all of them cuz its different. so frustrating doing the fronts

 

i helped with the fronts and it took an hour

when i had my cobalt i did my springs solo took 1.5 ohours with hand tools

 

ya the spring compressor makes it easy

 

impact gun works awesome with the compressors if you got the right size socket

 

you need a impact gun to do the top bolt on the struts....and yes spring compressors are required for front springs..

ah **** i forgot to add coolant to my car....i have a coolant leak somewhere :/
