Ok. I'm in a pickle and I need y'all's input. Last week I called the Dickinson AT&T store and asked if they had any white 16gb iPhone 5s in stock. He checked his computer and said that there was one at the lamarque store. He told me he was going to go get the 16gb white phone form the lamarque store and bring it to the Dickinson store. I drove over to the Dickinson store and waited for like an hour for him to get back. When he got there he took the phone out the box and started doing some **** on the computer. There was a problem. Apparently the phone wasn't in the inventory at the other store. So technically this phone didn't exsist right now. And he was also having issue pulling up and transferring our info to his computer we waited and waited for another hour. He still couldn't fix the problem. He told us that we could leave and come back in a little. So we went to eat and came back. And he fixed the problem, I paid the 248 for the phone and case and we left. Wellll....today a week later I get a call from him and he's saying there's a another problem. The idiot gave me a 64gb iphone5 instead of the 16 I asked for. He's asked me to get the number that my phone is registered to. So he's saying now I have to pay the difference. I just looked at the box the phone came in for the first time and in little font it says 64. I never looked at the box because he handed me the phone and put the box in a bag. I thought I was getting the 16. I think that me going through all this trouble I should get to keep this phone for all the crap he's put me through.

his problem not yours. once he makes the transaction and it is closed the obligation falls on the store. looks like you got a 64 now. I would tell him im not paying the difference you messed up and now your trying to charge me to cover your end
He can't do either. He can't report it stolen because you have a receipt that proves the purchase and he can't have it charged to your account because the mistake was made on his part. The company just takes the loss and he more then likely gets in all kinds of trouble. If not fired. I wouldn't worry about it.
