I'm done with my car. I'm so close to going back to stock performance wise. I was driving it and it was shifting and it liked missed and my whole car like shook. And it's like vibrating under my feet. It feels the same as my Honda did before that Tranny went out.

 

Sounds like you need a better tune lol. If you really want a stock tune that can be done.

 

I can't have a stock tune with the header and throttle body. And I'm not spending anymore money on the car.

 

Header isn't really messing with the tune and for throttle body he didn't use any lsj settings just stock so you won't see anything different.

So my car isn't tuned for the header and throttle body? Is that why its ******* up? Maybe that's why it started messing up the second I pulled out of his drive way.

 

You remember when I changed your settings at the track that was for the right throttle body settings. His tune is little strange but it works.

 

The trans mounts plus motor mount and ingalls is extreme overkill. With those trans mouns, the motor mount and stiffy your using are pretty much pointless.

Whoever told u that is an idiot. A tune isn't needed for a header or dp. Stop listening to everyone on this forum. Especially the dummies you consider friends in this thread. They have no clue what they are doing. There are very few members of this forum that actually know exactly what they are talking about and my advice to you is to pay close attention to guys like kendall, myself, mexi, exsoccer, area. We have experience not only with the ecotec platform but mechanical skills all around.

 

A little overkill but oh well and what tranny mounts did he go with?

 

i believe ottp is what those look like. not my personal choice, but then again not my car.

Yea they're the ottp mounts. I'm running the same ones on my car.
