Yea....the first one you just have to multiply the first part out. Pain in the butt, but the only way I know how to do it.
The second one I got pretty quick. But I have had a lot of practice at simple factors like that. It is the same as simple factoring in algebra except you have to add a variable to the second number
And there is a possibility some of those numbers in the top one are slightly off, i was writing it pretty quickly
