i think i saw that same ss on 380. i also saw a yellow lt at the target on loop 288

If the red ss honked at you at night and you were making a left onto 380 from a gas station or fast food place, then that red ss was me heading back from the laps for charity event at TMS.

 

heh, that was it. friend and i were leaving sonic. he was sad because other mustangs never honked to say hi. i told him it was for the best because streets would be to noisy if mustangs honked to eachother.

 

No joke, but i swear almost every cobalt, ss or non, never honk or wave back. They all look at me like I am crazy.

silver cobalt on i20 to 408 to loop 12 and exited i30, nice way to start a sat morning i made it to work about 10 min earlier than usual. lol

When I see other Cobalts I am normally in someone else's car. When I am in my car, I see no one.

 

Saw a red CSS southbound on Loop 12 near Texas Stadium around 6:45pm. I threw you a few revs just for the helluvit, it was rainy as **** and bumper to bumper, but was just trying to let you know that you were acknowledged. Also, I can't really say that I'm digging the fart cannon you had as your exhaust. Looked a little too ricey for my taste, but to each their own.

 

Saw a black base model with a canister muffler in Mckinney. Got off of 75 northbound and went west on 380. I was stuck at the light for west 380 and couldnt catch up.

 

I saw a black SS this morning on Beltline/Marsh in Addison headed west towards 35. Had blacked out taillights and stickers on the back-side windows. Also black rims with chrome lip. Thats all I caught because I was in a hurry for work.

saw a black SS N/A on george bush the other day on the way home from work. i was in a hurry so i didnt get to slow up to say hi.

 

I saw a maroon (sport red) 4-door SS, just like my girlfriend's, on Rufe Snow in NRH a couple days ago.

 

Saw a yellow ss s/c on coit near legacy today as i was heading to my g/f's house. It took a second for it to register, so i don't know if you noticed my wave as it came as you were passing. I looked up from messing with my ipod, saw some lights flashing, something yellow, and it was "oh, an ss" lol.

 

That was probably me... or SS07 we both have them yeller flashes. Oh and we live a block apart... imagine that.

 

For all you guys in the Plano area (North Tollway/121 area to be exact) there's a younger guy in a black 5.0 Mustang (I think its a 1990) that was talking all kinds of mad **** about the Cobalt SS, so anyone run into one, bring your A game and tear him a new one.

 

saw black ss/sc in lake worth, and a white ss/na and the driver told me the 2.0 was supercharged to keep up with her 2.4, and laughed at my 2.2 saying i could never be as fast as her stock 2.4, so if you see her dont bother chatting with her, it will only **** ya off.

 

I'm sure Vaugn would be more than happy enough to shut him up or ss07 would.

 

I figured Vaughn or Evan would like to shut him up. From what I remember, even stock the SS should be a good match for a stock-ish 5.0 When he tried to brag to me about his "massive torque" I tried my hardest not to laugh at him mainly because he came across as very cocky when talking about his 300 TQ, (he didn't mention the 225 HP though for some reason). He's definitely new to the car scene, especially considering he said coming from his 240SX the 5.0 "is a monsterous step up in power".
