most of us are burned out of doing the whole car show thing..... Why go to a track day if I already know what I'm gonna run. Especially when its $25 to race when I can go on a wednesday or friday night and pay 5 bucks less and get a ton more runs than I probably would at IFO. Besides my hood is fugly right now, needs to get re-cleared. As for performance I wanted to have my ls4 throttle body, 2.7in and meth kit installed but stuff happened(nice TV was on sale lol) and I bought 4 or 5 games as well.

as for wed and fri nights , people that live almost 2 hours away cant drive down there at night during the week , people have work. but mid day, on a sunday,thats the best chance for us to make it down. ... but its ok..its not the first time GMofSA has stood us up when we made the trip down there.
props to rico for hanging out with us though

good point, if you already know what you run why ever race your car again...i mean, i thought the whole point of RACING a car was to beat the car beside you, not just get a time slip. I mean, personally i would race the guy next to me all day long on the track and never pick up a time slip and still be happy.
as for wed and fri nights , people that live almost 2 hours away cant drive down there at night during the week , people have work. but mid day, on a sunday,thats the best chance for us to make it down. ... but its ok..its not the first time GMofSA has stood us up when we made the trip down there.

lol no one stood u up..none of us said they were going from wut i saw. i graduate this week. ifo usually is at a bad time for me cuz of finals. im done with school now tho..
ill look at getting into it next yr. i love drag racing. only reason i wanted a gto. rwd and good for running on the track.

Troof, no one was really serious abouy going. I wanted to go but just didn't feel like spending the 30 bucks. Instead I bought 3 games that will entertain me for weeks

we try to get out to the Biff Buzbys meets on friday nights but its been awhile since I've been. I gotta wake up at 5am the next to go to work. Recently we've been doing alot of gamer nights at random houses. I'm hosting the next one at my house. Some of the guys also go to the academy meet on Vance Jackson and 410. I've been a couple of times, nothing but ricers and texas ballas, 210 swangas, swanga this balla that.... not my kind of crowd lol
