ok im over in Kingwood Tx and toady i saw a silver ss/sc that i have seen before

it has tinted tailights, Lowered maybe, Black/grey rims, and low pro spoiler
im trying to see if that guy is on here
oh and who is on here is around the area

Im pretty sure i passed the same guy the other day on 242 in the woodlands.. Cant remember if it had a low pro spoiler but i def passed someone with a similar description.
