spotted on ft hood

saw a black sc with green neons and .net decals going in the main gate. i was sitting in my patrol vehicle right at the entrance i know you saw me its a police tahoe.

Did he have racing tires, if soo you should check the tread marks and go around to the racing clubs and check out there cars to see if they have the same tires.
