Ok guys, we had a blast at tonight's meet and I'm already looking forward to the next. So, next one should be in early-mid August. I'd like to set a poll to see when we can get the highest turnout. Please don't vote if you don't intend to attend any of them (i.e. out-of-towners that won't travel). We're thinking another evening meet at either Hooters in Lewisville or something in Addison.

Pics are posted in that thread. It turned out good, we had more fun driving everywhere than anything else though. It was an amazing sight of us all flying down 75, like a clan of racers or something.....crazy nuts. Did you vote for the next meet?

LMAO, no probs man, I made it home. I haven't looked at the car today yet though. I still can't beileve I launched off that ramp going AT LEAST 80. I didn't see the posted 40 sign until it was too late. I'm glad there was no cop around. Good times though, and I'm sure it's something that won't soon be forgotten. Glad I could make you guys laugh.

What happened to making the meets more centralized? The last meet was in North Dallas right? Why can't we make this one more towards the middle. Just my 2 cents..

 

Rachel, too bad you couldn't make the last meet. I think that the majority of owners are in the Dallas area. If we have a meet in Arlington, less people are likely to show. Arlington or Grand Prarie would be in the middle. I'm down for the drive if several others are.

 

Alternating with grapevine would probably be the best choice since there are a few balts in the Ft Worth area.

Well.. that doesn't sound right. If we set one up anywhere, I'll go. I'm more than willing to help set it up.

 

That was my idea.. I know at one point we had talked about rotating the meets around DFW... oh well, maybe in the future.

I can probably make the 11th. Just have to figure out where to meet up now. A hand full of peeps on here are comming to the South Ft. Worth meet this friday night. Hopefully I'll see some of yall down here to. If not I'll meet yall on the 11th.
