i think the track would be more fun
dyno: 25 for 3 pulls and maybe 10-20 people will show up
track we can all race from 7-12pm all night for 15 dollars
last time i dynoed i was disapointed, i think it would be more fun to run all night

Is it out of the question or too much to schedule and do both? Dyno early, go to lunch or early dinner and then off to the track. Not everyone has to dyno or run the track but just to up the participation. Schedule both and just show up to either/or both. Besides I doubt anyone will be doing dyno runs from 7-12pm.

ya some of us wont be going there anymore. alot of people complain about the numbers they show, even the v-8 guys. cobalt w/stage 2 was shown to dyno under 200 h/p. they dont have a fan to direct air towards the intake, just a big fan as tall as the car and about as wide as the car and doesnt flow much air neither. been there twice and both times people were complaining about low numbers. most there not just cobalt ones.
My a/f there was all over the place. The line graph didn't even connect on the print out at some points. If it was that bad it would be running rough enough for me to feel it.
If we planned all this for one day, it may seem like alot of money spent in one day, (dyno, food, and track), but like I said you don't have to do it all. We can establish times at each joint, and people can get a # off the roster of someone they know so they can call and see where everyone is at the moment.
Oh, and this is for the 27th right?

If it is a track day on 10/20 I will be there with my laptop. I will be hopefully trying to dial in the Blown 403 in my TBSS if I get it back in time to get some miles on it and get the oil changed. If folks want tunes I can do tuning, you will need to pay in advance.
Just my two cents:
Vaughn tries to arrange dyno time between maybe 11:00 and 2:00. We all meet up at a restraunt at around 3:00 for food and photos. Wrap that up and be on the way to Ennis by 5:00 so as to be there kinda early even if to hang out and get more pics before the racing begins. What do you guys think? Once all the details are hashed out I'll see if a few more Red Lines might want to come out.

Sorry about all this guys, I've been in the hospital. Final plans will be done tomorrow when I can make a few calls.....I promise. It does sound like we'll be doing the early dyno, early dinner, then cruise to the track in Ennis.
