Nope it doesn't have bolts holding the front lip on. And Josh if they do that then ohh well I'll tell them to give me my money back on it cause that is bs. They told me they would cover it as long as it wasn't the clutch and if they said after it's tore down that they are not paying for it, I will raise all out hell. I got the name of the lady I talked to so yeah it will be a bad situation. I know aftermarket warranties are usually garbage but if they say they will pay for something and wait till the work is done to say they are not going to then that to me is fraud. You just pretty much took someone's money to not do jack squat you said you would do. I do know they paid for my throttle to get fixed so I guess I had some kinda luck with that .

thanks man. I figured as much but if they do they do if they don't I will get my money back. it's all good either way. So how much does one of those LNF trannys cost? Would that require rewiring anything or any other modification? I am pretty much keeping this stock for right now besides visual upgrades for a little while. Don't have the money to do all the drive train upgrades I would like to do. Plus I'll end up buying a little at a time then put it all together at once.

So I have been doing some research and thinking. I know ZZP is working on a EFR turbo solution for the LNF, by doing a clean recast of the exhaust side I believe to bolt right up to the stock manifold and O2 housing. Yet I was looking and thinking back on a buddy who did some adaptive work and also when I fooled around with 1 Gen neons. I know they make a 4 bolt to V-Band adapter which would take care of the O2 housing to turbo. Also me and my buddies have had some experience with making adapter plates for stock manifolds to aftermarket turbos. It would add another 1 to 1 and 1/3 inches to the total length of the turbo from the manifold and this is the only thing that would give me pause. But if there was enough room I bet you could do a "ghetto not as clean as recast but still very functional" EFR setup for the LNF on ones own.

Dunno I'm tired, can't sleep , and a little intoxicated but damn I wish I had the money to try this lol.

Nothing wrong with a custom set up, I just didn't want to **** around with one on the
HH RSS after having to do a lot of custom **** on my van (turbo/water to air IC/fueling).

Don't forget that you will need to figure out water lines and oil lines also.
Along with a custom down pipe and probably something for your UICP to turbo outlet.
Plus depending on what size/brand turbo you will need a external wastegate on your exhaust manifold.

Yeah I was way tired after working and doing freaking school work all day and the alcohol wasn't helping lol.

But water and oil lines would be the only thing, but you could do banjo bolts and braided lines for the oil and put new water lines to the turbo water jacket. I'm used to doing things like that because of all the **** boxes we have turboed and had to fab all that up with. Would it be worth the investment , for the first person probably not since all the fab time and money on random **** will out weigh everything.

The DP would bolt right up if you used a 4 bolt to v band adaptor for the O2 housing which would allow you to keep your current downpipe since you will bolt it to the O2 housing depending on size turbo and position that is. Also the EFR's I believe are internally wastegated and have a BPV like the stock turbo.

Sorry for the rambling last night, I was just bored and sleepy. But I do believe it would be possible for someone to do as long as the clearance issue wasn't over stretched. But easiest way is to just wait on ZZP lol and have a tried and true method.

No problems man, I had to take a Essay final yesterday for a statistics, measurements and evaluations class, started at 11:00am finished at 12:45.

The when the wife came home I had to fix her lower intercooler pipe on her Saab, she gets a little boost happy.
I need to just break down and order some new pipe (with beads)/couplers.

All 3 cars we own are turbocharged

Ha ha dang, yeah I'm sure my fiance would be just like your wife. She loves to go real fast ... up to speed then slow down lol.

The guy who came up with the g35 sedan just flew to Virgina yesterday to pick up his new car and is driving it back today. We will be going to the track tonight here , 1/8th mile though , to see what it can do.

He got a Blue 2010 Evo X with an AMS stage 3 kit. Supposedly dyno'd at around 380 whp 405 wtq on a mild tune but we will see .
