Alabama
yeah nice meeting you too, no doubt about the Bama part... as I mentioned to Paul(HHR) at the meet tonight, some us on the the other Cobalt forum, that we in this topic post on, had mentioned possibly doing a meet in April at the Indy race at the Barber Motorsports Park... its only $50 for the Sunday pass(the main race)... that isn't TOO expensive and would give us something to do, not just stand around in a circle for 4 hours, lol
I'm planning on going to the race anyway, so it'd be a great opportunity for us to all meet up and have some entertainment as well...
also its not the best of ideas to have 50 people on the interstate and not have people in the back of the pack able to give directions for people not familiar with the area, we learned that tonight at this meet, lol... guy from Florida got lost in Nashville, lol

That sounds like a good place for a meet. And if its on sunday i can go cuz i work on sat cuz i work at a motorcycle shop i know it might be hard for others to make it on sunday, but i think the indy race at barbers sounds good. And like you said it would give us something else to do besides stand around.
I got my tires and hood liner on today... will post pics tomorrow...
next mod is going to be the Trfiecta tune... plan on getting it in the next few weeks, have some medical bills coming in and don't really know how good my insurance is(1st time using it for real) so kind of gun shy until I get them out of the way... shouldn't be too bad though, insurance should cover most of it... but still want to wait for sure and not drop the money in a tune and getting my wheels dipped then get hit with $1000 in medical bills, lol

here is the new stance and hood liner:

nice being able to hook up again, lol... plan on hitting the track again in mid-March when it opens again, even though all we have is the 1/8th aka. redneck racing... yeah I trade marked that
HHRSSouth knows all about that

demodding car or going smaller?
that last pic also shows how dark my tail lights really are, was bright enough I didn't have to use the flash on my camera today(which has lightened them up in the past)

should be easy enough to get rid of, as that is one of the 1st pullies used when lightly modding a S/C cobalt, kind of like the 3.5" pulley used to be with the GTP grand prix, I sold mine in a matter of hours of putting it up for sale.... I don't know of anyone with a s/c looking to mod but a couple of the guys here have them(or did) and some of them don't have much done to their cars
By the way what are you using for tuning on the Honda?
