I had a run in with a black hyundai veloster tonite with a 30 day tag and that car is a pretty fast car!Cool guy driving it told me that car was 2200lbs and it came with 200hp bone stock for a turbo.

velosters are ghey, and no way they weigh 2200lbs. My maita is much smaller and weighs more than that. Tard owners, they are quick stock I guess but any SSTC or lightly modded SC with a decent driver would waste one.

 

not a bad price on the balt, I sold mine with about 10k into it for 10.5 with 47k on the clock (2007)

 

Yea your correct! The car weighs 2800lbs same as mine does. From a dead run I took him by 4 car lengths and from 40 on 3 cars. I'm decent at racing but not as decent as you ol great Beamer,lol

The Veloster is non-competitive with a TC; they got good spring off the line and the one or two times I've played with one, its very easy to dust one.

The Genesis R-spec is probably Hyundai's only offering that I've ever seen taillights from. Both are nice cars - they have a nice look to them. Too bad they use old rubber bands to mount the steering on those cars.

That's true. The guy in the velocities was doing a blow by doing about 100 .I wasted him pretty bad at the standstill though .I like my car very much but I think the genesis looks better.Too bad the hyundais has real bad bottom ends when you add very little power.

 

I liked the Genesis when they first came out but it wore out fast for me. I'd almost rather have a slow forte koup. Much rather have my SS back though.

Haven't seen any silver in my drives (except those first couple weeks my eyes were locked onto my Garmin, since I didn't know a damn thing about where I was going! ). I saw a couple non-SS's, and the one banana colored SS at the WalMart off New Bern.

U a sedan? That will have def narrow things down - I'm black sedan.
