didnt the guy that ran an 8.8 have nothing but a short throw. He ran high 8's pretty consistant.

I got a video of him runnin an 8.8. he might have run 8.7 b4 that though.

black lnf - was his first time at the track...he was taking it very very easy since he was still learning to drive it and get used to the power.

the red lnf - marcusicp I believe, ran one 8.7 but after that was is the low 9s I though. I could be wrong since I've only saw him run a couple of times

 

marcus ran 8.8s all day other than the 8.7 i saw him run. i think he hopped one run in the 9s but he ran like 11 times so idk lol

 

I ran 8.7 once, 8.8's a lot, 8.9 once or twice, and 9.1-9.4s when I would mess up. I got twelve run in total. My best 60 foot was 2.090 but I missed 2nd on that run and did a 9.4 My traps were all 84-85 for the most part.

My mods are, short throw, TTR engine mount, TTR transmission bushings, 60lbs of subwoofer and 270lbs of driver. I know, I need to lay off the fast food...

 

yeah hopefully i can lose a few lbs myself b4 the rock maybe ill pick up a few hundredths lol.

 

haha that was me... the black turbo. im babying it. just turned over to 1200 miles. and its my first stick so i dont wanna **** something up. and yea that red 09 turbo ran an 8.8 or something like that. he just had a short shifter.

Yea, I ran very easy on mine, first time and all but was never nervous which was surprising cause I figured that was one thing I would be shaky about. Cannot wait for Nov. 8th

 

whats nov 8th? and yea i was a little shaky on the first run. i dont mean to but i make it harder then it is. haha. oh and beamer... i ordered some of the 3rd gen headlights. think they will be hard to install?

kevin- i wasent using launch or no lift shift. i need to try and and get a hang of it. the red TC didnt launch but at like 2500, launch control holds it at 5K. i know the black HHR was using launch and no lift shift, i talked to him.

Ohh ok. I heard the no lift is tough to get right. Hopefully if I get an offer on my car I can tell u 1st hand. I mean i park it outside my college and every1 is staring at it and the black guys are all that "that ***** hot" but 3 days and no phone calls

and i just put my sunfire in auto trader and i have had 3 dealers call me about it wanting to do consingment. im like hell no. and yea... its anoying. i have had 2 people call about my sunfire. the 2nd one sounded serious. i went out and washed the car and everything. well they never came so i did all that for nothing.
