That's the diff between me and you guys...I show up, and run the car. Not show up, jack up the car, put on my slicks, lower car, take everything out of the trunk, open my nitrous bottle (if you didn't already have it open running down the street), purge the lines, pull into burnout box, do smoky burnout, then launch hard as **** and spray.

I could really give a **** how fast it is on the track. It's the looks on ppl's faces on the street I enjoy seeing...like the Z28 me and Flash pulled away from on the way to Orlando that sunday. Or the G37S I left twice from a 40 roll later that night...

those tires suck if they are not hot. give them a good spin next time and lower pressure to 24psi

 

Ha! They are worse when they are hot! and with that barely over an inch of sidewall, I don't trust letting too much air out of em.

 

i dont know what is wrong with your kdw's. lol i love those tires. you may want to check out the dunlop pirezza's when you need a new set...they are getting pretty damn good reviews

 

It's the size, man. I think all you guys are running 225's at LEAST. When I had my Proxes T1Rs, they were 235/40's, and those would hook up all day long.

You gotta remember, Im running 215/40's on an 8in wide wheel...sidewall stretch FTL.
