Last time I ran shadyside... bone stock... I ran 9.5 without even launching the car. Beat a 300ZX Turbo. My 2.4 auto's best time was 9.9 at Mooresville.

11 is very good for the 1/8th. The last time we were out there were a lot of civics with "major work" done that were in the 11s.

Yea, LS' are not as heavy as LTs and such so that helps too. I was looking at new eclipse's, fully loaded but just the 2.4L MIVEC. Do not want the 3.6L because of not great gas mileage and it requires premium. And get this, I want and automatic, lol, yep. I am getting alittle tired of shifting and the auto's have that sport shift thing and I figure later on down the road I would install padle shifters since its not a hard thing to do. But I highly doubt I am getting one unless they can match my payments now.

Have you thought about getting some caps for your mirrors? You can order them from GM... I don't believe they are that expensive.

they are about 50 bux...I put them on my moms laser blue cobalt......but they don't have them in black....

also, car looks much nicer without those side moldings....who took them off??? haha
