Not really sure if Georgia does this for everyone? I was doing 84 in a 55 yea dumb me long drive back from fl ready to get home .. Got pulled by a state trooper called told me it was $298.. Well called back again.. since im under 21 I have to goto court? Told me if i show i'll just have to write a essay? And 6 months probation on tickets and no points awarded? Thought it was pretty cool deal. I live 6hrs away which is the crappy part lol.
