Hey has anyone else have the stage II installed in Lakeland area? I went to Micheal Holley Chev and they quoted me 1,100 installed. Can I do better then this and still be under warranty?

that's not outside of what other dealers have been asking.

i'd buy the kit online and then call around for install quotes...

figure about 2 hours at whatever they charge per hour.

yeah bro, def. recommend ebay the kit and go to Bartow Chevy off Hwy 60 and they should only charge you 190...me and brad got ours done there. Hell bro, if you need to, give me the money and i'll get the kit off ebay for you, you can come to my house and watch me order it. I'd hate to see a dealership rip off somebody like that...

That's what Michael Holley quoted me for install only ($1,100) when I called them up about mine. Ended up going to Bill Herd in Plant City for $280 install, but they torqued the hell out of the pulley bolts when they installed it. I've got to go along with the others about suggesting Bartow Chevy, I've been going to them ever since and they've been great so far.

he's right, I won't deny that mike knows his ****. He's had his motor apart and back together so many times its not even funny...and not because of problems. I'm not sure what Bill Heard would charge total, but I'm sure Mike would def. help you out

I don't believe so.

Also you I'll be in contact if I go ahead with stage II. However after reading exhaust quotes it makes me want to do some of that first cus I miss the feel of having exhaust on my car.

You paid $377 for what wideband? You could have gotten an AEM for under $300 thats what I am getting when I buy the HPT Pro cable next month.

Right now, I tuned my car useing someone eles cable. But i have a few more things I want to tweak on my tune, plus the guys cable I am using is the basic and I want to tune with a wideband. So next month a IRL owner and I are going to get the Pro cable and I have to tune his car for some 60's and a 2.7. I have no promblems helping other getting a tune. But I have to get my own cable frist. Funny thing Viper3344 mention he wanted me to tune his car, I have a 2.4 Sky owner asking me to tune her car, plus that Redline owner. I will be charging $175 to tune after I purchase the cable.

I dont have the AEM in this car yet. But I like it because it is a very easy install. Power, Ground, and the 0-5v cable to the HPT MPVI box. Thats it, no free air calabration like the LC-1 or anything like that.
